Depending on your usage requirements, you can choose from our monthly subscription plans (automatically renewed, cancel anytime), or choose one time payment credits in bundles (pay as you go). You can do that any time, however your subscription credits will expire when you decide to drop off the monthly plan. Subscription credits are refilled each month for as long, as the plan is active & paid. The only possible reason why you didn’t receive all of your monthly credits, is that your plan has already reached its maximum roll-over limit.
