How can I cancel my subscription?

You are able to cancel your subscription anytime.

You can downgrade to a free plan and cancel your membership on the Pricing page:

Go to the Pricing Page
Select the plan you're currently on
Click the Cancel subscription button




Please note that once you cancel your subscription, your image credits will be lost along with your other membership benefits at the end of the billing period.

Heads up! If you decide to return to one of our monthly/annual plans within six months of cancelling, we will be happy to restore your previously expired credits to your new balance (up to the new plan's capacity, which is 6x monthly refill).

If you are subscribed to one of our older plans and can't see your subscription type to cancel it through the pricing page - please, give us a shout at Support

To renew your plan, you may also need to cancel your previous subscription if your most recent plan appears to be pending (for example, due to a PayPal payment issue). Please follow the same steps and then re-subscribe to your chosen plan.

Refund

Don't worry if you forgot to cancel your renewal or if you no longer have processing needs. We will gladly assist you with a refund for the most recent fee so there's no need to make a chargeback with your bank. Just let us know before submitting a dispute, and we'll process the refund right away! Once you dispute the charge with your bank, we'll no longer have access to the blocked funds.

The dispute process can take anywhere from a few weeks to a couple of months to resolve (depending on the bank), so we’d love to help you save time by getting this taken care of this directly.
