Let's Enhance Refund Policy

We know that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you may need to request a refund. Our goal is to make the process as transparent and fair as possible while ensuring we can continue providing reliable service for all our customers.


This article explains how our refund policy works, when refunds are available, and what to expect if you submit a request.


Refunds for the current Billing Period

Refunds can be issued only for an open billing period - that is, your most recent charge and the current month of service associated with it.

If you were recently billed and your current subscription period is still active, we can review and process a refund for that specific charge when applicable.

Once a billing period has ended, it is considered closed, and we’re unable to issue refunds for past or previously completed cycles.


Refunds for change of mind

We understand that sometimes you might reconsider right after making a purchase. If that happens, no worries - you’re eligible for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

To qualify, the refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of the original transaction.

We recommend reaching out as soon as possible if you’ve changed your mind so our team can assist quickly.
