Where to find your invoices

Need an invoice for your accountant, your boss, your expenses, or just for your own records? You're in the right place. Here's exactly where to find them — takes about 10 seconds. ⏱️

How to Find and Download Your Invoices 👇

Step 1 — Go to Your Account

Head to letsenhance.io and make sure you're logged in. Click on My Account in the top right corner of the page.

Step 2 — Click on Billing

Inside your account, click the Billing button. You can also go there directly at letsenhance.io/account/billing — same place, faster route. 🚀

Step 3 — Scroll to Billing History

Once you're on the Billing page, scroll down to the bottom. You'll find your complete Billing History there — every payment you've ever made, listed in order with the date, amount and invoice attached.

Step 4 — Download Your Invoice

Find the invoice you need and click the download button next to it. It'll save as a PDF straight to your device, ready to send, print or upload wherever you need it. ✅
That's it — four steps and you're done! 🎉

Need to Edit the Info on Your Invoice? ✏️

If your invoice needs to show your company name, address, VAT number or any other billing details — good news, you can add those yourself!
You can edit the information that appears on your invoices by updating your billing details in your account. Check out our How can I edit information on my invoice? article for the full step-by-step on how to do that.
Pro tip 💡 — update your billing details BEFORE your next renewal so the correct information appears automatically on all future invoices without you needing to request changes afterwards.

Common Questions ❓

I can't find an old invoice — how far back does billing history go? Your full billing history is stored in your account for as long as your account exists. Scroll all the way down in the Billing History section and you should be able to find all past payments. If something's missing, reach out to us and we'll help track it down.

My invoice shows the wrong company name or address — can I change it? Yes! Head to letsenhance.io/account/billing and update your billing details. For a full guide on editing invoice information, check out our How can I edit information on my invoice? article.

I need a VAT invoice — can you provide one? We're a US-based company so we don't charge VAT. Your invoice will show the charge in USD without any VAT applied. If you need specific information added to the invoice for your local accounting requirements, you can add your company details and tax ID in the billing settings and they'll appear on future invoices.

I made a payment but there's no invoice in my billing history yet Invoices can occasionally take a few minutes to appear after payment. Try refreshing the page — if it's still not there after 30 minutes, reach out to us and we'll get it sorted.

Can I get invoices sent to my email automatically? Every payment triggers an automatic receipt to your registered email address. If you're not receiving them, check your spam folder first — and make sure the email on your account is correct in your account settings.
