Can I pause my subscription for a while?
You can pause your subscription if your processing demand has dropped temporarily or if you've accumulated a sufficient amount of credits to last you the next few weeks.
We support pausing your monthly plan for up to three months every six months.
You can fully access your account and use your accumulated credits during the pause.
How do you pause your subscription?
Head to the Pricing page and cancel your current plan:

You will then see a modal encouraging you to pause your plan instead of permanently canceling it:

Subscriptions can be paused for up to three months, but no more than once every six months.
Once paused, the pause status will be visible on the pricing and account billing pages:

You can resume your subscription via the pricing page. If you do not resume your subscription, you will receive an email two days before it resumes automatically, notifying you of the upcoming charge.
